Stimulating acid peeling BasicLab Acidumis contains 8% glycolic acid, 4% lactobionic acid, tripeptide and two strong antioxidants: resveratrol and glutathione, thanks to which it exfoliates dead skin, stimulating the skin to regenerate and renew. It brightens, reduces discoloration and evens out skin tone. It contributes to smoothing the skin structure, improves its firmness and eliminates fine lines, preventing wrinkles. It leaves the skin radiant, moisturized and taut, better prepared for the absorption of active ingredients.

The peeling can be used for the care of sensitive, insufficiently nourished, dehydrated or dry skin, with wrinkles or mature skin, with discolorations, lacking radiance and requiring uniform color and illumination.

BasicLab Acidumis stimulating peeling - ingredients

• Glycolic acid micro-exfoliates the outer layer of the epidermis, preventing excessive keratinization and thoroughly cleanses the skin. It moisturizes the deep layers of the skin and stimulates regeneration processes, accelerating renewal at the cellular level. It supports the reduction of small wrinkles and scars as well as discolorations, thus contributing to the improvement of its structure and color. It stimulates the production of elastin and collagen, thanks to which it smoothes the skin and slows down the processes responsible for its aging.
• Lactobionic acid effectively reduces and soothes redness, accelerates skin regeneration and renewal, and increases the level of hydration.
• Arginine in combination with acids makes their action more effective and at the same time less aggressive.
• Tripeptide in optimal concentration stimulates the production of hyaluronic acid, thus improving skin hydration, smoothes and firms.
• Glutathione and resveratrol are strong antioxidants that effectively fight free radicals, brighten the skin and play a significant role in eliminating discoloration, e.g. post-inflammatory. They effectively moisturize, thanks to which they improve skin tone and add radiance.

• Before using the peeling, conduct an allergy test on the elbow bend. To do this, apply a small amount of peeling to clean and dry skin in the bend of the elbow and wash it off after 10 minutes. Watch the place for the next 24 hours. If an adverse skin reaction occurs, stop further use of the cosmetic.
• The peeling should be used only in the evening, 1-2 times a week, on clean and dry skin. After applying the product, we recommend washing your hands thoroughly.
• Apply the peeling evenly on the skin of the face and neck, avoiding the area around the eyes, mouth, nose and mucous membranes. After applying the product, it is recommended to wash your hands thoroughly.
• Leave the scrub for 10 minutes, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water to neutralize the acid.
• Do not use the cosmetic on irritated or damaged skin. If the skin is severely irritated, stop application.
• During the first applications, a burning sensation may occur, which is a normal symptom, resulting from the low (below 3) pH of the peeling and the size of the glycolic acid molecule, which penetrates into the deeper layers of the skin.
• In people with sensitive skin (especially in the case of burning), it is recommended to accustom the skin to the action of glycolic acid in a gradual manner - starting with the use of peeling for 3 minutes and extending the time of its application with each subsequent application.
• The peeling is also suitable for use on body skin (cleavage, neck, arms and back) with discoloration or acne .
• You can use the scrub throughout the year, remembering to apply a product that provides high sun protection SPF 50+ at the same time.
• During the peeling period, it is recommended to use products that care for the hydrolipid barrier of the skin.
• Do not exfoliate at the same time of day with a retinol serum or during an oral tretinoin treatment.
