Licorice root (Glycyrrhiza glabra L.) is a traditional herbal raw material with a distinctive, naturally sweet flavor. METHOD OF PREPARATION AND USE

Pour 250 ml of cold water over 1 teaspoon of crushed licorice root (approx. 2–3 g). Bring to a boil and simmer for 10–15 minutes. Let steep for a few minutes, then strain. Drink once daily.
