METHOD OF PREPARATION AND USE

Before each use, stir the product thoroughly. Pour 1 cup of boiling water (250 ml) over 1 tablespoon of the mixture (4.0 g). Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes. Let steep for 10 minutes, then strain. Drink 1 cup of the infusion (250 ml) daily. During use, ensure adequate fluid intake – approximately 2 liters per day.
