METHOD OF PREPARATION AND USE

Before each use, stir the product thoroughly. Pour 1 teaspoon of the mixture ( 5 g) into a thermos and pour 1 cup of boiling water (250 ml). Seal and let steep for 1 hour. Then strain. It's best to drink the infusion between meals. The recommended daily dose is 1 cup of infusion (250 ml) prepared from 1 teaspoon of the mixture ( 5 g ).
