METHOD OF PREPARATION AND USE
Directly: Take 1 teaspoon of the product with water, preferably 30 minutes before a meal.
Decoction: Pour 1 cup of hot water over 1 teaspoon ( 5 g) and slowly bring to a boil. Cover and simmer gently for 5–10 minutes. Let steep for 15 minutes, then strain. It's best to drink 30 minutes before a meal.
The product can also be used as an addition or seasoning to dishes, in the amount of 5 g . The recommended daily portion is 5 g.
