METHOD OF PREPARATION AND USE

Decoction: Pour 1 cup (250 ml) of cold water over 1 tablespoon of the mixture ( 5 g). Bring to a boil slowly and simmer, covered, for about 5 minutes. Then let steep for 1 hour and strain. Drink the decoction gently while warm. It is si to consume 1 cup daily. Due to the presence of plant materials naturally rich in mucilages, all medications should be taken at least 1 hour before or after consuming the decoction.

Flax seeds – 45%, marshmallow root – 20%, chamomile flower – 20%, sage leaf – 10% , mallow flower – 5%.
